Summary

Through this Notion workspace, we can work and organize as a team in one environment. The client portal, named BOSS—Brand One Stop Solution, will simplify how their business management process with us, allowing them to invest more time in building great brands.

Launch date

The Beta version goal is to launch by @June 20th at 10am EST.

Objectives

1. Customer-Specific Access Portals: Develop customer portal with uniform standards based on the subscribed modules: Logistics, Finance & Data and Tech.
2. Task Management: Enable customers to view, approve, or comment on tasks directly from their dashboards, such as financial statements and order approvals.
3. Requests Submission: Facilitate the submission of standard requests and documents, such as sales orders and customer profiles, through integrated forms using either TallyForms or TypeForms.
4. Workflow Visualization: Create visible, manageable workflows for all processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
5. Aesthetic and Functional UI/UX Design: Design an interface that aligns with the sophisticated aesthetic values of the fashion brand customers.
